An intermediate workshop style class, perfect for people who can hold Crow pose and are ready to advance their arm balance practice.
We will focus on more intermediate arm balances including Side Crow, Koundinyasana A & B, Eight-Angle pose (Astavakrasana) and work towards flowing through an arm balance sequence.
This Immersive Hum will work on proprioceptive awareness - being conscious of the body, how it moves through space, and creating lightness and efficiency as you take flight.
