Join William for an immersive experience that will aim to relax the body, calm the mind and release internal tension and resistance. Using a combination of Yin Yoga, Sound and Energy Healing, we will work on bringing the physical and subtle bodies back into harmonious alignment. This session is designed to bring you back into a default state of feeling good, balance your energy and raise your vibration.
10:25am Yang Yoga - In this class we will move, breathe and flow, creating internal heat and leaving you feeling more connected and energised.
10:45am Yin Yoga - Relax your body and calm the mind in some longer held postures as we release tension and stress, and develop presence and awareness.
